| A 10-15% gratuity is suggested to be distributed among the staff the day you leave. You can place the gratuity for each staff member in individual envelopes and give it to them when you are leaving for the airport. |
| TERMS General Conditions of Rental |
| Deposit A 25% deposit must be paid to confirm this reservation. Deposits are fully refundable 60 days before rental. Less than 60 days a refund will be given only if the property can be rented. A processing fee will be charged. |
| Final
Payment Upon confirmation of the reservation, Villa Jamaica will issue an invoice setting for the total rental amount, deposit credited, and total balance due. Final and total payment on this invoice must reach Villa Jamaica not later than 45 days prior to commencement of the rental period. |
| Services
Included/Excluded Except where specifically noted in the detailed property descriptions an/or in Villa Jamaica's final letter of confirmation, rental prices include utilities, villa staff including cook, maid, gardener, laundress and evening security guard. Specifically excluded from the rental price are costs for telephone, automobile, etc. If such services are offered at all, they are payable directly from the client to the person providing this service. |
| Damage
Deposit A $500 damage deposit is required with each villa rental. This will be refunded promptly when you return home if no damage occurs during your stay. (Minor damage such as breakage of a juice glass, inexpensive ashtray or any item under $25 in value will not prevent this refund.) |
| Check-in
and Check-out Times Check-in time is 1:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on departure day unless no other incoming guests are scheduled to arrive that day. Our office can advise you. |
| Limitations
of Liability The liability of Villa Jamaica or its agents shall be limited to the amount of any rentals and deposits paid. In no event shall Villa Jamaica be liable for consequential damages. |
| Safety Clients should use reasonable caution appropriate for living in a foreign country. The client expressly releases Villa Jamaica from any and all liability for personal injury or death occurring for whatever reason at its rental property. |
